C.P. Company Arrives at Ragazzi

This is a big one for us. C.P. Company is now live at Ragazzi, making us one of a limited number of independent UK stockists carrying the brand. It's a name we've had our eye on for a long time, and after two years of building the right relationships, we're proud to finally have it on the site.

A brand that needs no introduction

For anyone unfamiliar, C.P. Company was founded in Bologna in 1971 by Massimo Osti, a graphic designer who went on to become one of the most influential figures in modern Italian sportswear. Osti pioneered garment dyeing, the technique of dyeing fabrics after a garment has been fully constructed rather than before, giving each piece a richness of colour and texture that set C.P. Company apart from everything else on the market. He would later go on to found Stone Island in 1982, but C.P. Company was where it all started.

The brand's most iconic piece is the Mille Miglia goggle jacket, designed in 1988 when C.P. Company sponsored Italy's legendary vintage car race. Osti built a jacket with integrated goggle lenses in the hood and a watch-viewer lens on the sleeve, both designed with genuine function in mind for the conditions of open-top motoring. That sleeve lens has since become the brand's unmistakable signature, appearing across everything from outerwear and overshirts to sweatshirts and polos.

What's in the first drop

The initial collection at Ragazzi includes a strong cross-section of what C.P. Company does best. There's the T-ST Hooded Nylon Overshirt for anyone after a technical outer layer, corduroy lens button shirts in Andorra Red and Peacoat, stretch piquet polos, jersey logo patch tees, and the signature Brushed and Emerized Diagonal Fleece lens crewneck sweatshirts. Prices range from £105 for the tees up to £525 for the overshirt.
