Klarna FAQ's

Shop now, pay with Klarna.

We've partnered with Klarna to give you a flexible, straightforward way to pay for your order.

Klarna flexible payment options

Two ways to pay later

Klarna gives you the option to receive your order first and pay afterwards, or split the cost into three equal instalments. Both options are completely interest-free with no hidden fees.

You'll see the Klarna option at checkout — just select it, choose your preferred method, and you're done. Everything is managed through the Klarna app.

Pay in 30 days

Try before you buy

Receive your order today and pay up to 30 days later. Only pay for what you keep.

  • No interest, no fees
  • Payment due 30 days after dispatch
  • Klarna will send a reminder before payment is due
  • Manage everything in the Klarna app
Important: Klarna's Pay in 30 days is an unregulated credit agreement. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit.
Pay in 3

Spread the cost

Split your purchase into three equal payments, automatically collected every 30 days.

  • No interest, no fees
  • First payment taken when your order is confirmed
  • Payments 2 and 3 collected at 30 and 60 days
  • Debit or credit card — your choice
Important: Klarna's Pay in 3 is an unregulated credit agreement. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit.

Pay in 3 — example breakdown

On an order of £90.00, your three equal payments would look like this:

Payment 1
£30.00
At checkout
Payment 2
£30.00
30 days later
Payment 3
£30.00
60 days later

Amounts shown are illustrative. Your actual instalments will be based on your order total. No interest or fees are applied.

Who can use Klarna?

Klarna is available at checkout subject to the following:

You must be aged 18 or over
You must be a permanent UK resident
Klarna runs a soft credit check — this does not affect your credit score
Approval is at Klarna's discretion and is not guaranteed

If your application is not approved at checkout, you can pay using another method. Klarna do not always provide a reason for a declined application. Trying again shortly afterwards is unlikely to change the outcome — it is better to try again at a future date.

The Klarna app

Once you've placed an order using Klarna, the app is the best place to manage everything. You can view upcoming payments, settle balances early, pause a statement if you've made a return, and contact Klarna's customer service team.

Download the app or log in at app.klarna.com. Klarna's customer service team can also be reached via klarna.com/uk/customer-service.

Safe and secure

Klarna has anti-fraud controls in place across all transactions. Your card details are held securely by Klarna — Ragazzi does not store or have access to your payment information.

Frequently asked questions

Follow Ragazzi's standard returns process first — you'll find full instructions on our delivery and returns page. Keep your tracking reference once you've posted the item back.

Once your return is on its way, log into your Klarna account or open the app and select "Report a return" to pause your statement. As soon as Ragazzi processes your return, Klarna will issue an adjusted statement or refund as applicable. Both steps are needed — pausing in the app does not trigger the refund on its own.

You do not need to pay for goods that arrive damaged, broken, or faulty. Contact Ragazzi in the first instance to arrange a resolution. In your Klarna account, select "Report a problem" to pause your statement while the issue is being resolved. Once Ragazzi has processed your return or cancellation, any refund will be applied within 5–7 business days.

You do not need to pay until your order has been received. Get in touch with Ragazzi for a delivery update. Log into your Klarna account and select "Report a problem" to pause your statement in the meantime.

Contact Ragazzi directly in the first instance so we can look into it. Log into your Klarna account and select "Report a problem" to pause your statement while the details are being corrected.

Klarna will remind you before your payment is due. If you miss it, you will not be charged fees or interest. Your credit score will not be impacted for a missed payment on Pay in 30 days. However, if payment is not made, Klarna may consider you in default and restrict future use of the service. As a last resort, Klarna may engage a debt collection agency.

Klarna will automatically retry a missed instalment 7 days later, and once more 7 days after that. If the final instalment cannot be collected, the outstanding balance becomes payable as a single amount 15 days later. You will not be charged fees or interest for missed payments, and your credit score will not be impacted. If you do not pay, Klarna may restrict your account and, as a last resort, refer the debt to a collection agency.

Klarna run a soft credit check as part of the application process. If your application is declined, you'll be able to complete your purchase using another payment method at checkout. Klarna do not always give a reason for a declined application. Reapplying immediately is unlikely to change the outcome — it is better to try again at a later date.
