Trail Field Low GTX Jet Black

The Trail Field Low GTX takes its inspiration from Danner’s hiking boots from the 70s and 80s, but updates them with materials that feel more comfortable for everyday wear. It’s designed to work just as well around the city as it does on lighter walks outdoors.

The upper is made from soft, premium suede, with D-ring hardware similar to what you’d find on the Mountain Light boots. Underneath, there’s a Vibram® Kletterlift Thin outsole, which gives you solid grip without the weight of a heavier hiking sole.

It’s lined with waterproof GORE-TEX, so it holds up well in wet conditions across winter and spring. Like many of Danner’s better-made styles, it’s also fully recraftable, meaning it can be resoled and repaired over time rather than replaced.
