Pexwear is one of the most compelling brand stories in British menswear right now. Originally founded in Liverpool in 1816 as John Peck & Co., the brand spent over 150 years clothing tradesmen, engineers, butchers and chefs from its factory on Edge Lane before going quiet in the 1970s. Relaunched in late 2025 by Cathal McAteer and designer Domingo Rodriguez, the new collection takes those archival silhouettes and reworks them in heavyweight cotton twills and considered fabrics built to last.
The range at Ragazzi includes pieces like the Tradesman Jacket, Engineers Trousers and Stewards Trouser, all cut with a modern fit but rooted in that original utilitarian character. These are garments designed with purpose rather than trend in mind, and they sit comfortably alongside brands like Carhartt WIP and Belstaff in our collection for anyone who values quality construction and understated style.
