Retail & Online Store Assistant

Part-Time Role | Based in Wrexham

Role Overview:

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional in-store customer service, supporting our online store, and helping maintain our brand presence across social platforms. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone looking to work in the fashion industry, gain experience in e-commerce, and contribute to the growth of a boutique brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized shopping experiences for customers, assisting with product selections and offering styling advice on our range of luxury designer brands.
  • Online Store Support: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for our online store, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
  • Website Maintenance: Assist with updating product listings, pricing, and stock levels to keep our online store fresh and relevant.
  • Social Media Engagement: Help curate content and manage social media accounts, promoting new arrivals, sales, and store events.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a small, close-knit team, contributing ideas to improve in-store operations, sales strategies, and customer engagement.

What We’re Looking For:
