Returns Info

At Ragazzi Clothing we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't happy with an item you can send it back up until the 10th of January or within 15 days (whichever period is longest) as long as it is in the same condition that we sent it to you, unworn, unwashed and has all the tags still attached.

Step One:

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return your order for either an exchange or a refund minus the postage you paid with the order. Returns can be made by either printing off a returns form (found below) and following the instructions in step two.

Step Two:

Fill in your printed returns form with all the details required. If you can't find your order number it's in the top right corner of the invoice that was in your parcel. If you're sending an item back due to a fault please call us on 01978 264 460.

Put your returns form along with your item(s) into a bag (some people just turn ours inside out and seal it up!) and address it to:

Then pop down to your local post office and get the parcel sent back to us via a Recorded Delivery method (It may cost a little bit more but it does provide insurance in case your item goes missing) and then sit back relax and wait for your exchange or refund.
