How do I search the site?
In our main navigation bar underneath our logo there is a box where you can either search our site for a general term such as "Red Tshirt" or more specifically for a product code you may have seen in our newsletter such as "COP918". You will be redirected to a page full of products from our catalogue that match your search term.
I've seen an item at a different price.
If you've seen an item elsewhere that is on sale for less than our price then get in touch and we will do our best to match the price for you. If you've seen an item on our site that was previously advertised at a different price this could be for a number of reasons, the item could have been in sale or on a special promotion. If you think an item is priced erroneously please get in touch.
I'm after some more information on a product.
The best way to get more information on a product is to use our ask a question feature on our product pages. Underneath the product images click add a question and fill in the form that pops up with your name, contact details and your question and we'll get back to you.
How can I pay for an order.
You can pay for your order by placing it online and following the checkout and using either a credit/debit card or a paypal account. We accept most major credit/debit cars, unfortunately at the moment we do not accept American Express. If you prefer you can call us on 01978 264 460 and speak to our customer service team and place the order over the phone.
How do I cancel an order?
If for any reason you need to cancel an order you can either call us on 01978 264 460 or if it's after 5pm drop us an email to cancellations at ragazziclothing.co.uk with your order number, name and address. If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel it you will need to return the item(s) to us and we will process a refund in accordance with our usual returns procedure.
Has my order been dispatched?
Your account page has information regarding all the orders you have placed with us. If your order has been dispatched it will usually show as complete in your order status*.
* Some orders placed via Paypal are moved immediately to complete, if you have placed an order via Paypal and you are unsure if it has been dispatched then call us on 01978 264 460.
I have received a faulty/incorrect item.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item we will require you to return the item to us, we will re-imburse and costs this incurs on your behalf. For a faulty item we will send the item back to the manufacturer for inspection and either issue you with a refund or a replacement item if the item is deemed faulty. For an incorrect item we will dispatch the correct item to you at no extra cost as soon as possible.
My delivery has an item/items missing.
If your delivery is missing an item and there are no notes on your invoice to explain it's absence then either call us on 01978 264 460 or email us on sales at ragazziclothing.co.uk.
What are delivery costs?
Our current standard delivery rate is £4.95 for UK mainland orders and £15 for European / non mainland UK orders.
How long does delivery Take.
Orders are dispatched on a Next Working Day by 3PM service. Please note this is from date of shipment, if we need to source items from supplier we will inform you of any delay that may take place. Orders to Non Mainland UK can sometimes take up to 2 working days. Orders to European countries can vary.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Unfortunately due to insurance reasons we are unable to ship to an alternate address without you first passing our 3D Secure checks. If you place the order to be shipped to your primary billing address to pass these checks, then call us on 01978 264 460 to arrange delivery elsewhere.
Do you deliver to BFPOs?
Yes. Just enter all your details as normal if your card is registered to your barracks, if not follow our procedure for delivering to an alternate address. Sometimes delivery can be delayed if your base inspects parcels etc.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you need to return an item to us you have 7 days, from date of receipt, to return it to us in an unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags and packaging. Once we receive your return your refund/exchange will usually be processed within 48 hours.
How do I return an item/items?
If for any reason you need to return an item to us, just print a returns form from our returns page, bag the item up and send it back to us.

How do I return a faulty/incorrect item?
To return a faulty or incorrect item, follow our usual returns procedure but make sure you indicate on our returns form that you are returning the item because it is faulty or incorrect.
My return has yet to be processed.
If your return hasn't been processed, check your receipt from your delivery company to see if it has been received at our address. If it has been with us for more than 48 hours and your refund hasn't been processed or if it's been with us for more than 72 hours and you haven't received your exchange then call us on 01978 264 460.
I'm having trouble accessing your site.
If you're having trouble accessing our site and it isn't displaying an error message, please call us on 01978 264 460 (between 9.30am and 5.30m) alternatively email support at ragazziclothing.co.uk.
I can't select a size on a product.
If you cannot select a size from a drop down box and an add to cart button isn't being displayed it may mean that the product is currently out of stock. Use the ask a question feature tofind out when we'll have more.
I can't sign in to my account.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
If you'd like to stop receiving our updates you can unsubscribe by following a link at the bottom of one of our emails. Alternatively email support at ragazziclothing.co.uk.
Is ordering online safe?
We use the latest in server technology to ensure that any details you enter on our website as 100% safe and aren't exposed to any malicious software. We use a 128-Bit industry standard SSL certificate to ensure your details are safe. Our card payments are processed by Sagepay.
What are Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode?
Verified by Visa and Mastercard Securecode are new industry safety measures to protect your details when you shop online. Both services are an online version of Chip & Pin and will require you to sign up with a password that will be unique to your card.
