Delivery Info
We do our best to process & dispatch all orders received succesfully before 4PM the same working day. However in some cases due to unforseen circumstances or stock availability situations this may not always be the case.
All of our midweek deliveries are dispatched with Interlink Express for a flat fee of £4.95. If however you need your item delivering on the weekend, we also off Guaranteed Saturday Delivery from the Royal Mail for only £6.95.
Answers:
Our standard Next Day Delivery (by 3pm)* service via Interlink Express is charged at a flat fee of £4.95.
If you need your order delivering on a Saturday we offer Saturday Guaranteed Delivery via Royal Mail for mainland UK customers for a fee of £6.95.
Deliveries to Europe are charged at a flat fee of £15 and are generally received within 5 working days.
* - Next day delivery does not apply to Northern Ireland or the Scottish highlands. Deliveries will take 2 working days to these areas.
Delivery to mainland UK (excluding the Scottish highlands) takes 1 working day. If you place your order before 4PM it should arrive with your before 3PM the next working day. Delivery to Europe can sometimes take 5 working days.
Sometimes it may be the case that we need to order an item of stock directly from supplier to fill your order, if this is the case and delivery will be delayed by more than 2 working days we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Your parcel will be delivered by either Interlink Express or Royal Mail depending on your delivery method. Both delivery drivers will require a signature for the parcel so unfortunately it cannot be left if you are not home to sign for the item. If this is the case it will be taken to your local depot.
Someone will need to be at the address to sign for your parcel. If no one is home the parcel will be taken to your local sorting office where you can either collect it in person or arrange a re delivery.
The first port of call to check if your order has been dispatched is your account page. This page shows information regarding your order including it's status. If your status shows complete then this means that your order has been dispatched*. If this is the case and you have still not received your parcel please call us on 01978 264 460.
* - Some Paypal users may notice their order moves to Complete as soon as the order is placed. This is a bug in the Paypal system and should be rectified shortly.
Yes we can! When placing an order to a BFPO please ensure that when placing the order that you enter the billing address that your card is registered to rather than your BFPO address. Once you have completed your order succesfully please call us on 01978 264 460 to arrange delivery to your BFPO address.
